With the new registration, the firm is legally permitted to provide legal advice in relation to Mongolian Capital Markets, participation in the Mongolian Stock Exchange, Initial Public Offerings, purchase and sale of corporate securities, derivatives and depositary receipts.

The Financial Regulatory Commission of Mongolia (FRC) was established in 2006 with a mandate to ensure the stability of financial markets, regulate financial service institutions, monitor the implementation of all relevant legislations, and protect the rights of investors and participants of the financial markets. The Commission is the specialized government body for regulation and control over different segments of the Mongolia financial system including insurance market, securities market, nonbank financial institutions, and savings and credit cooperatives.
