Edward Lehman – Partner, Foreign Registered Attorney 

Edward Lehman is the managing attorney of LehmanLaw Mongolia LLP. Edward is an attorney licensed in the State of Illinois in the United States and is also a Foreign Registered Attorney in Mongolia. Edward is based in the firm’s Beijing office and has over 30 years of experience advising on cross-border transactions throughout Asia. Edward is fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin.

Jacob Blacklock – Foreign Registered Attorney 

Jacob Blacklock is Foreign Legal Counsel with the firm and is a Foreign Registered Attorney in Mongolia, in addition to being a licensed attorney in the USA state of Texas. Jacob has worked as a legal professional in Asia for over 4 years. Jacob’s practice involves a wide variety of commercial transactions, with a particular focus on Mongolian real estate, mining law, banking and finance transactions, as well as arbitration and dispute resolution.

Amarjargal Lkhagvaa – Senior Associate 

Amarjargal Lkhagvaa is a senior associate and licensed Mongolian attorney and advocate. Before joining the firm, Amarjargal was the head of the Private Law Sector at the National Legal Institute, an agency operating under the auspices of the Ministry of Justice. Amarjargal has an LL.M. from the University of Washington in the United States and is fluent in both written and spoken English. Amarjargal’s practice focuses on secured transactions, labour law, M&As as well as dispute resolution.

Gerel Enebish – Associate, Intellectual Property Agent

Gerel Enebish is an Associate at LehmanLaw Mongolia LLP. Gerel graduated from the National University of Mongolia (LL.B) and also has an LL.M degree from the University of Mysore in India. Prior to joining the firm, Gerel worked in a local law firm and the Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions as a lawyer. Gerel is a member of the Mongolian Advocates Association, a Licensed Intellectual Property Attorney and specializes in Intellectual Property, labour law, corporate law as well as dispute resolution.

Tseyenjidmaa Demberel- HR and administration Manager, IP department Manager

Tseyenjidmaa Demberel is Manager at LehmanLaw Mongolia LLP. She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics and management, along with an LLB and an MBA from the National University of Mongolia. With over 24 years of experience, Tseyenjidmaa specializes in management, human resources, administration, office operations, visa and immigration matters, intellectual property, and labor-related issues concerning expatriates.

Munkhjargal Chuluunbat -Accountant

Munkhjargal Chuluunbat is a seasoned financial professional with 15 years of experience in the field. A graduate of the National University of Mongolia, she has developed a deep understanding of financial management and analysis.
