Gerel Enebish

Gerel Enebish is an Associate with LehmanLaw Mongolia LLP and a specialist in Intellectual Property. As a Licensed Intellectual Property Agent, Gerel is able to perform Trademark, Patent and Copyright registrations, and respond to official Oppositions and Office Actions. Gerel regularly represents clients in administrative and regulatory proceedings before the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia. In addition to her Intellectual Property practice, Gerel assists clients in a variety of civil legal issues including employment disputes, family law and divorce matters, and international adoption.

Gerel is experienced in mining and Land Law, corporate transactions, M&A, and due diligence, as well as secured transactions.

Prior to joining the firm, Gerel served the Confederation of Mongolian Trade Unions, advising on policy development in the areas of labor and social welfare issues and human rights.

Ms. Enebish is a Licensed Intellectual Property Agent by the Intellectual Property Office of Mongolia and a member of the Association of Mongolian Intellectual Property Agents. She is a licensed attorney and member of Mongolian Bar Association, as well as a member of the Mongolian Lawyer’s Association.

Gerel holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the National University of Mongolia, a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from University of Mandakh, and an LLM degree from the Department of Studies in Law, University of Mysore, India.
